IAFOR is a confederation of leaders and opinion formers around the globe who have one thing in common: a desire to make a difference. It was founded in 2009 by a small group of concerned Asian, European and North American academics and business professionals as a mission-driven politically independent organization dedicated to providing and promoting meaningful dialogue irrespective of international borders.
Through its international, intercultural and interdisciplinary conferences, research and publications, IAFOR has become the network hub for information exchange across Asia and beyond; connecting individuals and institutions across the globe, and the thought leaders of today with those of tomorrow.
The World Press Photo Foundation is a major force in developing and promoting the work of visual journalists, with a range of activities and initiatives that span the globe.
We were formed in 1955, when a group of Dutch photographers organized a contest to expose their work to international colleagues. That annual contest has since grown into one of the most prestigious awards in photojournalism and multimedia storytelling, and the exhibition it produces is seen by more than three and a half million people worldwide each year.
We work to develop and promote quality visual journalism because people deserve to see their world and express themselves freely. Freedom of information, freedom of inquiry and freedom of speech are more important than ever, and quality visual journalism is essential for the accurate and independent reporting that makes these freedoms possible. Today, when the world, the press and photography itself are undergoing seismic changes, we strive to help both visual journalists and their audience understand and respond to these transformations so these freedoms can be secured.
British Journal of Photography (Official Media Partner)
Established in 1854, BJP is the world’s longest-running photography magazine. We place an emphasis on innovation and invention; the concepts and creative processes that inspire those rare photographs that have the power to grab and hold your attention.
While our Technology section brings you reviews of the latest gear, we are more photography journal than camera magazine. Our philosophy is that the tools are the means to serve your creative ends.
Ideas have the greatest currency here; for each issue, we seek out new talent to showcase in our Projects section, alongside Interviews with more established names – the kind of photographers who’ve already left an indelible mark on our visual memory – together with reports on the latest trends. In our Intelligence section, we give you briefings and opinion on the latest thinking about the medium and how to make it work as a business.
35 years in the photographic industry has taught us that every person who works here is as important as our clients. Our aim is for a flexible workforce with multi-skilled and cross-trained people so that our level of expertise is second to none.
Metro has always been at the forefront of photography because it has kept inspiration at the heart of everything it does. We are never happier than when we are developing ideas and breaking new ground. That all sounds very expansive and grand – we aren’t so busy gazing into the horizon that we don’t recognise the importance of professionalism. The quality of our work reflects how much we love what we do and the pride we take in getting it just right for every customer.
MediaStorm is an award-winning film production and interactive design studio whose work gives voice and meaning to the most pressing issues of our time. Our stories demystify complex issues, humanize statistics, and inspire audiences to take action on issues that matter.
As industry leaders, we are committed to preparing the next generation of journalists to harness the craft of digital storytelling. As such, we provide a range of training that teach storytellers how to engage and inspire viewers.
Think Tank Photo is a group of designers and professional photographers focused on studying how photographers work, and developing inventive new carrying solutions to meet their needs. By focusing on “speed” and “accessibility,” we prepare photographers to Be Ready “Before The Moment,” allowing them to document those historic moments that reflect their personal visions and artistic talents.
For some companies, it is only about the product. For us, it is more: It is about supporting photographers doing their job. If we can design products that help photographers travel easier, take pictures faster, and organize their gear more efficiently, then we will have accomplished something beyond the bags themselves.

For nearly a century the Medill School of Journalism has been one of the finest journalism schools in the United States and has produced many Pulitzer Prize laureates and notable journalists. Medill continues to expand its global reach and presence in the field of journalism as the boundaries separating people from one another and from information they want and need will only continue to evaporate. The faculty, staff and students of Medill are constantly at work, visiting news organizations, NGOs and corporations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South and Central America, striving to understand people, their behaviors and their motivations. This is the foundation for discovering insights that fuel relevant and engaging connections and inspire action between people, brands and enterprises.
