Migrants in a rubber boat are being distributed life jackets after being approached by the MOAS rescue team. This is often the most dangerous moment of a rescue, when emotions run high, crowd panic can lead to disaster and migrants are often very weak from months of captivity in Libya. A boat deflating or breaking apart in this situation could spell death for many. November 13th 2016, off of the libyan coast.
The International Academic Forum (IAFOR) was founded in Nagoya, Japan, in 2009 as a research organisation, conference organiser and publisher dedicated to encouraging interdisciplinary discussion, facilitating intercultural awareness and promoting international exchange, principally through educational interaction and academic research.
