Right after Sammer was killed, the police arrested his mother for drug possession.
She was also a drug dealer.
The police didn’t let her attend the funeral of her son because her case was classified in section 5 & 11. Section five is for drug dealers, and 11 is for users.
After the trial, she will be transferred from the police station to the main jail in Manila.
