The body of a migrant, wearing a life jacket, is seen floating at sea. The unidentified body was found wearing a rescue NGO’s life jacket, meaning he most likely drowned and was lost during his rescue. Judging by signs of decomposition, he could have been at sea for 5 to 7 days. November 20th 2016, off of the libyan coast.
The International Academic Forum (IAFOR) was founded in Nagoya, Japan, in 2009 as a research organisation, conference organiser and publisher dedicated to encouraging interdisciplinary discussion, facilitating intercultural awareness and promoting international exchange, principally through educational interaction and academic research.
