7 ‘o clock in the morning in the ex railway sheds in the Belgrade station. Another hard day starts searching for a way for washing up; this Pakistan refugee, when ouside temperature is below zero, is going towards a petroleum barrel in which there’s some water warmed up by the fire that’s been lighted for washing up. We’re in Belgrade, Serbia, a country which for months has transformed from a transit land to a sticking point because of the closing of the Croatian and Hungarian borders. January 22/2017
