Turjoy Chowdhury is an independent Documentary Photojournalist and Multimedia Artist from Dhaka, Bangladesh. He works internationally mostly on humanitarian issues and crisis. Currently he is a contract photographer of National Geographic magazine. His work has been exhibited globally: UNICEF photo of the Year Exhibition 2018, Berlin, Germany; IPA Award 2018 exhibition, Singapore; “Beyond the Air We Breathe: Addressing Climate Change”, 2018 at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, Thailand; Voies Off Festival 2018, Arles, France; LensCulture Emerging Talent Exhibition 2018, New York, USA; BiFoto Fest 2018, Mogoro, Italy; C40 Mayor Summit Exhibition 2016, Mexico; Ian Parry Scholarship Exhibition 2016, London, UK; La Biennale di Venezia (Venice Architectural Biennale) 2016, Italy; Third Documentary Photography Days 2016, Istanbul, Turkey by The Photography Foundation Turkey; “November in Paris” – curation, Alliance Francaise de Dhaka – 2016, Bangladesh; Delhi Photo festival 2013, India.
